Greater Iowa City Apartment Rental Surveycovers Iowa City, Coralville and North Liberty.
It was started in 1992 to provide usable and valuable information on
the Iowa City-area apartment rental market. The information is
surveyed voluntarily from apartment complex owners/managers for
complexes 12 units and over, after which, the data is compiled in
summary form without any specific reference to individual complexes.
This is done to protect the privacy of the participants and to
encourage the most accurate information possible. Information
currently surveyed includes rental rates, vacancy rates, unit sizes,
government assistance and the payment of utilities.
