Kyran J. "Casey" Cook MAI, MA has been in the real estate business since 1977 and has been a commercial appraiser since 1983. He has a BA in economics from Oberlin College and an MA from the University of Iowa in Urban and Regional Planning and M.A.I. designation from The Appraisal Institute. He has done expert testimony throughout central and eastern Iowa. Casey is the past president of the Iowa Chapter of the Appraisal institute. He also served on the Iowa City Planning and Zoning Commission and co-founded the Friends of the Iowa River Scenic Trail (FIRST). kcook@cook-appraisal.com

Dennis G. Cronk received his bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1998. He has been with Cook Appraisal since August of 1998. Steve L. Droll has over 25 years of experience in the banking and real estate brokerage business. Steve joined the firm in December of 1999 as we expanded into residential appraisals. He has served the City of Iowa City on the Comprehensive Plan Review and Update, as well as serving Johnson County as a member of the Recorder's Office Review Committee. Steve received his B.S. from the University of Iowa in 1979. Rochelle L. Wolfe MA started with the firm in September of 1999. She received her B.A. degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1994 and her M.A. in Education from the University of Iowa in 1999. Rochelle obtained her general appraisal certification from the State of Iowa in August 2002. As an associate member of the Appraisal Institute, she is currently working towards her M.A.I. designation.
